✅ Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered.
  • You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Customized or altered products are not eligible for return/exchange.

💰 Refunds

  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
