  • Slight variations in color, weaving, or texture may occur due to the handmade nature of products – these are not considered defects but proof of authenticity.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
  • Payment methods accepted: UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Cash (in-store).
  • Prices may change without notice, but once an order is confirmed, the price at purchase will apply.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 2–7 working days, depending on product availability and location.
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags to qualify for return/exchange.
  • Customized or altered products are non-returnable.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
